What do people have to do to sleep better? between rising unemployment and home foreclosures,there's plenty to keep you awake at night. how in can i not be worried to not let the constant toss-and turn ruin your health

Seems like the economy down turn worry you a lot. It's tough to keep ourselves unworried while the economy is turning bad. However, there must be a way to help us sleep better. There are numerous way to keep insomnia away. In fact, I myself have problem sleeping well once a while. I found that if I exercise sufficiently during day time, I could sleep better at night. Besides, drinking milk mixed with honey also help. Some of my friends who practice meditation told me that they can control their mind and body well. Therefore, they never have problem to sleep well at night. Besides, we should get to bed at fixed time so that our bio-clock is not upset and we are able to fall asleep at the right time. There are many sleep expert hahhahahah cool a lot of us can use this tips. WE can't sleep for many reason how can a murder sleep like nothing happend ? It seem like they do have better techniques then we do

Ya, there are really a lot of sleep expert out there. This is because there are still many people having sleeping problem and seeking for advice. I doubt most murderer can sleep well. Only a few of them can sleep well, because they are already quite used to killing people. It's already like a norm to them, and thus having no difficulty in falling asleep at night. Earlier this year I was going crazy trying to get a good night sleep. When I put my head to the pillow my mind would not shut off at all. So I would toss and turn for hours. I started to pray before going to bed and its seems to have helped me inmensely. Now I sleep up to 6 hours a clip which is really good for me. I can't wait to get to the eight hour mark.

At the end of the day the best way to get to sleep is just forget about it, cause it'll be there again when you wake up. I have let this kind of stuff drive me insane before, and the truth is... it will if you let it. If you wanna get to sleep you just have to learn to take a deep breath and chill out... because if you don't then chances are you'll be to tense to sleep. The tension causes muscles to flex, blood to flow faster, and breathing to increase mildly sometimes... you may be tricking your body into thinking its walking at the very least. Can the position of your bed play a big role or the type of clothes you sleep in?like some people or culture think not to put shoes under your bed and god knows what else
