Hearing music played live

Some people like going to concerts to hear music played live. Others prefer listening to recorded music. Which musical experience do you think is better. and why? I like music. I would be very glad if there`s the chance to hear music played live. The live atmosphere is marvellous. But as a student limited by family financial condition, sometimes listening to recorded music is the only choice. It can also be a great experience. You can play the music whenever you want such as walking, washing, sleeping.
