Many people regret things they have done in their life but the question is how do you perceive your regrets. Regrets can be lost goals but they can also be the things that define you now as a person. Do you consider regrets as a positive force in your life or negative?

I really think that there are many times where it is never too late to turn things that we regret around. Granted, it is a sad fact of life that most of the time that it is. However, it can really give us an interesting perspective in life. Perhaps we need to push ourselves a bit hard. Perhaps we need to look in the mirror and critique ourselves, to see what has to be done to turn things around. I have regrets. I imagine most people out there do. However, I try and see what I can do to still accomplish what I had fallen short on. There have been times where I have righted the wrongs of life. It may take some time and a lot of effort, but there are times where I can make right with my regrets. In many ways, if we have no regrets, then we are not really pushed. Therefore, we only get a fraction of life. In some ways, you must fail before you can truly succeed.

I've had many regrets in life but so far they make me a more glad not sure why. It must be that a life without regrets is a regret by itself. Could it be that regrets serve as reminders about our past mistakes?

Why do you think of things that you cant change. I reach a certain point where I think I should regret for some moments lost, relationships broken, things not in place, But then I think, is it going to make any difference. I cannot go back in the past and change anything. Your past thoughts, your bad experiences only give pain and nothing else. So its always better to take only your good experiences. Yes, your bad experiences is a learning. But it will only give you pain if you think about it.
