I am under the belief that there has to be a logical explanation for pretty much everything that we see in this world. Of course, one could make the argument that there are many things in this world where what might seem logical defies all logic. Not everything in this world makes sense, but then again, it was not supposed to be. Still, there has to be some reason. I think that I believe that most of everything has something basis in reality. Of course, if our minds really believe something, then it could very well be true. So if we believe in superstitions, then we will be seeing it. I think that our mind a lot of the time tricks our eyes into seeing something that might not be there. I try to keep a clear head and think if something makes sense. Still, there tend to be explanations for everything that happens that are not based on some superstitious belief.

hi there. i don't want to believe in superstitions. but i respect other's belief in them. i have friends who still would be bound by cultural influences. and the more i try to argue my point the more offended they get. so i stopped talking scientific with them. they do not listen to my explanation (as always based from what i read), and it's both waste of time for us both if i do. so there, i just let them believe in their beliefs. as for me, there is nothing wrong respecting these pre existing beliefs. anyway, if they are not inconveniences to us, i guess there is no point of eliminating them. ;-)

I don't believe in superstition, sweetie. Reality is good enough for me as for science, well they can blunder sometimes. TATA.

We, Filipinos, believed in superstitions because it was handed to us way back from our greatest greatest grandparents from generations to generations. They taught us that superstitions, and we simply applied it to our daily lives. However, Science and reality is the more important than superstitions because it has so many evidences showed. Science or reality brought us to become more acquainted with the reality, however, we could not discard superstitions due because we have applied that in our early age. It is hard to change that kind of stuff.

Hey husnaintahir007! To star off i'm a realist thus i believe in what i know and what i see.Superstitions and such are just a way for people who have no idea about what's happening around them to find and explanation. For educated people there is a rational explanation most of the time and when there is none they just look for more information Superstitions are a waste of time. happy mylotting
