My Pet's mouth stinks

I have a lovely labrador. The Dog is exceptionally intelligent and understanding. She is very expressive and like humans exhibits her likings and dislikings. But despite all our care a stench from her mouth which is omnipresent is repulsive. Any suggestions please!!!

He could have decaying teeth. Do you brush his teeth? You could try bringing him to the vet for a cleaning, that should help:)
