When I write a poem it is usually because the first line has come into my head. I don't know where it comes from, if I stopped to analyse it I would never write the rest of the poem. Sometimes, if I am sad or frustrated the urge to write comes upon me and it may be an article or a poem but whatever it is I feel the burden lift when the work is finished. When I was in a writing group I was surprised to see that horror, murder and intimate relationships were the most inspiring themes, at least that is what most of the contributions were. But of course we were all amateurs, one expects more from a professional writer.

that's so sweet, giving people poems or songs as gifts. That's true, they'll appreciate it more because it has a special touch. I write novels and fictions and I'm often inspired by movies or songs. Not copying these materials but instead, getting inspired by the mood or feel that they give off. I remember watching The Hunger Games last March and writing five chapters on the current novel I'm working on in a span of two months, which is quite fast for my pace.

Many things actually but most of the time the things that is within the line of my vision and some fun memories or some beautiful scenery. They inspire me to write and when i am feeling a writers mental block i just have to open some books and presto an idea would linger in my mind. But sometimes it does not happen that way too easily. When i am thinking too hard and feeling stress i don't want to write and it's hard to inspire me when I am in that state of feelings and thinking. I really have to condition my mind before I can write a constructive piece of idea or subject.

When I am writing I think the setting is the thing that inspires me most. Then, the things that inspire me are memories mostly. Those can never be taken away and they never get old no matter how many times I think about them...

I don't get my inspiration from the nature or from anywhere. When I write, I need not look for an inspiration. I write purely from the heart. I consider writing as my outlet of emotions, and I write best when there is this emotional overflow, where I can freely open th channels of communication and put into writing all that is within my heart.
