What does it mean if you just want to kill everyone?

that person has some mind problems. maybe people were not nice to him and he feels bad. maybe that person should talk with friends or someone and share their problems maybe he will feel better^^ i think we must not keep sadness for ourselves i think we must share it and maybe someone can give us good advises^^ and we dont feel angry anymore
