hacked mail account !!

my friend email ID has been hacked someone and sending mail of Viagra information to all the person from the contact list. How did it happen .After changing his password it happened again .Can anybody have solution for this. Please help my lotter

Thats too bad, I also get emails of viagra but thhis at goes to my Spam folder.
Your friend need to delete all the contacts from the address list for now till the issue is resolved other wise it will create such a big personal issue and may be some professional contacts will also get this email.

that's a very good point ajay! how awful would that be? that could be really costly in lost business and / or contacts!
