Arrange Schedule or not ?

Do you arrange your schedule to be done later, on the night before? Or you do not have a schedule that you have drafted, you think just follow the flowing water?

I know I should have a schedule, something which I've not been doing and so, I seem to be kind of not coping with what I should/have to do.
