One of friends sent me a link for a ptc site called five dollar ptc. This site is at the prelaunch stage and it pays $5 per click. I am not sure whether this is a legitimate site or scam. can any of you explain me

It sounds very suspicious. I know you are not allowed to post a link here. But can you tell us the name of this place? I'd like to go look at their website.
