Server time on PTC Sites

I would like to find out if there is a way to synchronize the server time indicated on the PTC site-this is the time remaining/left for the ads to re-set/renew and the local time of my laptop. I reside in an Asian country and most of the PTC Sites I joined follow the Eastern Standard Time. I need to be alerted when the ads re-set to be able to maximize my clicks and earnings.
