Listening Music while doing Math is really worthy..?

I often listen music while practicing math it generates interest in doing sum and helps me to evaluate the sum..What about you..?

Nice to meet you sanjani! See...... it's my old habit to take a i-pod and start a rocking music while doing any mathmetics works. I don't know how but this really help me doing those sums and 99% of them are sure to be right!! It's really awesome to listen a music while doing sums. We have got many math homeworks in the start of this season. So, I think its the R-O-C-K & R-O-L-L music time now! Thank you!

Hello! I find that listening to music while practising Maths actually increases my concentration, and I work better. However, with other subjects I need complete peace and quiet to study.

Same is here friend i can't study apart from math in noise or music which really distract my mind..

Hi there Sanjani. Well back in high school i had one huge homework to do that i had the ambition to finish it. I listened to classical instrumental music for the first 40 pages, but after that i switched to a local, more simple music as i couldn't concentrate well anymore. I think listening to music while doing math can be quite beneficial especially if we are talking about large amounts of math at once.

yap! i like to do math while listening the music. But one thing i only heard music when i practicing math rather then math i didn't listen music.

Its great to listen music and do the math :) I like it too, but only when solving problems, not when i'm learning new things...
