Journey or End?

I have seen many famous people in life. Some of them have been successful in life while others have not. They do work hard but sometimes maybe luck does not favor them or maybe they need to work more hard. The people who are successful claim that their hard work has paid off and now they can enjoy life. But do they really enjoy? Once a person is famous his privacy is pretty much gone. I like the journey to success rather than the end. Some just want to work that way and even if they don't succeed they are usually happy. They think that they have given it all they have got and this was another new experience for them. What do you think? DO you like the journey (path) or do you prefer the name and fame at the last?
