How to verify my paypal account without having a CC or Bank Account?

Hello freidns, I am interested to know that how can I verify my paypal without having a credit card or bank account? I have heard about VCC or something like that which will verify your paypal account. Please explain me.

No there is no any other method to get verified on paypal. You must have a credit card or a debit card. When you give your credit or debit card number to paypal, it will verify your number and deduct 2$ from your card. After verification process, 2$ will be credited into your paypal account.
