get paid to click scam or real?

i am wondering if these get paid to click are for real...i have read some sites that shows they really got paid for clicking but still have questions if it's for real. It's scary to be scammed. who has experience these get paid by clicking? hope you can help me with my doubts. thanks!

Usually when i think the site isn't real i just don't use it...Some with large ammount of users like mylot are trustful!

that makes sense. so it is for sure that it's not a scam right? i mean those sites that has a lot of users? well, thanks a lot for this info. really appreciate it.
