Elin Nordegren to recieve one million dollars from ex-husband

thirteen different women came crawling out of the woodwork when golf legend, Tiger Woods was caught having an affair. For quite awhile now I thought he and his wife would be able to work things out and stay together. That did not happen. I can't really blame her. He acted like a child in a toy store. Embarrassing as I'm sure this must have been to his family, I should have known this was coming. Elin and Tiger have two small children together. It seemed like the perfect, fairytale marriage as portrayed by the media up until the point of revelation. From my point of view, she is totally doing the right thing. I don't think I could forgive my husband even if he had one indiscretion, let alone having relations with thirteen different women. Trust is a huge issue in a marriage. Without it, i can honestly say you have nothing solid to keep the relationship going. Good luck to Elin in her new endeavurs as a single mom. Also, I hope Tiger has learned a very valuable lesson and grows from this experience as if he does not, everything up to this point was done all in vein.

headrickwife, To be fair, I do not think there is any easy way for Elin here with whatever had happened to her marriage and I do not think anyone would ever fancy to be in her position. It is not just one or two women in the episode and even if there is one is already bad and excruciating enough, however as the plot develops it is literally more than 14 different women and happening even while the both of them were married. I just cannot fathom whatever is going on with Tiger's mind and his perception of marriage and family. For the record, I think the divorce settlement is U$750 million which though may be one of the highest in the world just does not hold a candle or to atone for what he had done. I am sorry but I feel that whatever he had done is really beyond words and makes disgust an understated word. So, you are right on the nail there that trust is a huge issue in every marriage - yet, if I may add that it really takes both parties to be fully committed and devoted to each other to be able to obtain the trust for each other. Tiger is really missing them and definitely not his A game as far as marriage is concern.
