How many days to reach payout

For a person who is active how long does it take to reach payout i mean how many days and how many discussions one needs to take part and how to go about it

I guess they read first our comments before they pay us. I dont fully understand yet how do they pay us. If they pay us for every response with .01$, then it means we have to respond a hundred of discussions in order to earn 1$.

No matter how active one is here the right kind of activity will fetch more earnings and to know this one should know the guidelines. For example topics that generate objective one word responses may not be considered for earnings. We do not know how the system works but suffice it to say following guidelines to the 't' will be a surefooted way to earn here.
