How do you make money with PPC

I've signed up to a few of these sites, but the payouts have always been silly amounts like $100,000,000 and I don't understand how they can say that's their payout otherwise everyone would be doing it, wouldn't they? So how do you make money with PPC?
I'd love to know other people's experience with PPC and if they've actually made any money from it.

I don't do PPC's. I just stick to mylot, enjoy and get paid at the same time

yes i had 2 dollars sent my paypal account instantly from neobux but thats just waste of time real work takes hardwork. i dont think ppc pays u on the long run and its boring too

I'm not sure what PPC is but if they're claiming that pay out is $100,000,000 that is a pure scam. The minimum payout for most legit sites is like $10.00.

Well in my experience in PPC I have been in scam and both paying PPC the earning maybe slow if you don't have a good traffic for your blog and websites. But it is true that you can earn from them. My advice is that don't think PPC as one of your secondary earning instead think of it as an optional so this means you can put PPC banners or link in your blog or website but expect you earn low and slow if you don't have a good traffic now if you want to earn good money from it better concentrate if driving traffic to your site.
