To those who have PS2 and handhelds, do you find yourself playing the PS2 less?

I have a Playstation 2 and a Nintendo DS lite, and I find myself playing the DS more and more than the PS2. It is just easier to play handhelds than consoles. And because the DS uses carts, there are no loading times at all, unlike the PS2 where I have to sit and wait just to get started, sometimes for just one level! I'm not as impressed with the graphics anymore, compared to what I can see with Xbox and PS3. I don't have those, but I want to play the games on them more than I want to play PS2 games. And lastly, there aren't any new worthwhile PS2 games being released anymore. They don't even port new PSP games like Iron Man 2 Lego Harry Potter to the PS2. What gives? I've played all the major releases of PS2, but now I just don't play it anymore. Are you still hooked with PS2? What games make you come back to it?

It completely depends on what games do i have right now. The moment i got God of War 2, i stopped playing handhelds until i finished it lol. Same goes with God of War 3 on PS3 =)

I share the same sentiment as you. I play my psp more than my PS2, because you can carry it anywhere with you. And since i'm a heavy RPG player, its nice to lay on your bed head propped by pillows playing psp much like reading a very good book. And since its portable, you can carry it with you and level up or finish a segment anytime, instead of having to wait until you get home. Also when you play multiplayer, you dont have to worry with the hassle of buying multitap just so you and your three other friends can play simultaneously. It because of these factors I play less with the PS2 and more of my handheld.
