Last year,we also celebrate the 50th birthday of our mom.We went to the beach together with my relatives and our grandmother. It was fun though it's not a surprised party because she is already aware with it.I think your mom will be happy in any way you do it as long as the family is complete.

make sure that she doesn't find out. my mom's 50th birthday was last year and we also had a surprise party. it was a huge success! she didn't find out until the last minute. when we arrived, she didn't even think that the party was for her, she thought it was the neighbor's kid' party. it was so fun! and her reaction was really funny! everything was set up without her knowing. my aunt and my dad eve managed to buy her dress when she was with them. so they all knew that the dress was gonna fit. another thing was my dad asked all her friends not to greet her on her exact birthday. it was the 11th but we were having the party on the 12th. so she was kinda sad that no one remembered her birthday. then when we arrived at our house for lunch, all her friends were there. so it made her really happy.

In fact, I don't know how to please my mum. :( It seems that she asks for nothing but she does ask for something.

Well I don't know what to tell you because I don't know what your mother likes but buy her a present that she will be happy to receive and surprise her with helping her with something difficult for her, when she is busy help her in the kitchen .. I don't know. A party with all her close friends and relatives will be great. Just buy her a nice gift and show her your gratefulness to her.
