Is there any official announcement for a new film?

I heard a lot of rumors for a new film for the summer of 2011,but I don't know:Is it official, or do we just wish to?If yes,will the actors be the same?

Yes, there is a new Pirates of the Carribean film in the works, and it is supposed to be released in May 2011. Johnny Depp will be in the movie as well as Geoffrey Rush. Most of the other characters will be new I think. It does not look as though Orlando Bloom or Keira Knightly will be in it. The title will be "On Stranger Tides".
