I am amazed at how easily people connect online and become friends. I am still unsure about the development of friendship when people are hidden by avatars. But after being with mylot for over a year, I suppose I had gotten to know some true people. So, virtual friendship is possible. Add me up!

Virtual friend is that person you met online, for ex. you and me we can be virtual friends.

Yes. I had this friend when I was in college. We were asked to look for someone to write e-mails with about our topic. I then stumbled upon this guy who have answered my messages faithfully. Until now, three years later, we're still sending messages to each other. We talk about anything we want, and I think it's nice.

That's nice! And sometimes I think it's easier to talk with these people than it is to talk to someone next to you.

Yes, it actually is easier to talk and have sensible conversations with virtual friends. I think it's the fact that we do not need to hide our real opinions that make it good.

YES, I met my husband online. We met & liked each other. Over a 3 year time period, we chatted, emailed & talked on the phone. With time, we became closer & closer until the day we decided to meet & make our relationship real. We had a WONDERFUL life together...a life I NEVER had from starting with just a real-life relationship!!! I can say I've made MANY WONDERFUL friends here on myLot also!!! Sometimes I think our virtual friends are even closer to us than our local friends as they know how to look into our soul in a different way than local friends do.

So many virtual friends i have.Such as mylot community,golden talk community,msn chating,and so on.So many virtual friends on internet.I don't know the personal information of virtual friends at all.They have their advantages.You can talk anything that you feel hard to say.

I have a friends that we know each other via the Internet,and I never meet each other by now,but we are really friends,we can talk everything,and cherry up each other when we have something unhappy.It is almost 10 years,and She is married,we still give best wishes to each other.

I've developed friendships over the years I've been online that would stand up to anyone's standard in terms of being there for you or sharing your joy and pain. But even then, the support and caring is real..^^
