Did anyone have a friend that gave up on your friendship for a shallow reason?

I had this friend when I was in college. We were classmates since our first year. When we finally had to make our thesis in fourth year, we had an argument about what our team should do to make our thesis better. She got angry at me because she was the only one who didn't understand my explanation about what to do. Being the leader, I again tried to explain it to her nicely, but she still didn't understand. Since that day, we never became as good friends as before.

hi there gothblade.. I experienced that one. Its my bestfriend, we've been toghter since our childhood years. I told her all my secrets and vise versa. One time, there some one who courted me and our age has a 4 years gap, i consulted my bestfriend regarding that guy, and she really disapprove because that guy has a lot of girls. But on my side i was falling inlove with the guy and i could say that his true to his words and he proved it to me that he loves me. My bestfriend got mad whenshe found out that we are having a relationship with the guy. She ended up not talking to me and she ignores me. I was so sad because ou friendship was destroyed.. thats hoe shallow the reason is, and until now when we meet she is just like my casual friend that i have, eevn though we broke up with that guy. everything really changed...

Yeah, once, my best friend from elementary school... We never talk to each other after I left him alone on an event at our high school... Too bad I can't appologize (at that time). But we are friends again now ^^ (on facebook at least)
