Have you tried winning items from other countries contest?

I have tried a lot of times to enter,but just ended up a disgusted citizen of my country,Philippines,because almost all the contest are for their citizen only,yet they also wanted that the people of Australia,New Zealand, Thailand,Taiwan, Malaysia,All European countries,Canada,and the USA are only elligible to enter their contest,which is very hurting for all the people in my country.It is very insulting to our race and to other people who can not avail their beautiful items given out.Have you tried these scenarios when trying to enter a contest mylotters?Please have your opinions be read by many.
