It may be stale news, but I just read online about a two year old Indonesian boy who smokes 40 cigarettes a day!! His parents actually addicted him to smoke, to avoid some surgery and now the baby cant stop smoking!! I don't know how parents can be so unbelievable! Oh! that poor boy! I think the parents need to be punished and the child rescued from the addiction. What are your thoughts on this? You can read more from the link below: http://www.care2.com/greenliving/two-year-old-baby-smokes-40-cigarettes-a-day.html

Hi keep_onwatch, its horrible. A small boy an innocent boy got addicted for smoking by the parents. I couldn't understand will it workout if they make them him to smoke can they avoid surgery? If they want to get surgery they can get it done by asking help from the doctors, government hospital can get they hernia operation. It is really shocking thing, that parents are introducing smoking for their child. It is hard to believe. Poor boy i am afraid that he may not get other sufferings like breathing problems, lungs cancer etc., How parents are insane to that cute boy, instead of giving medicine / surgery to cure that hernia they made more miserable to their won child's life by making him to addict for smoking. I pray god to give him a good and healthy life.

I am very saddened by this incident. Two-year-old child was smoking. To blame is the parents. Because they do not forbid their children not to smoke. I heard that the government has been handling this case, I hope this child can be independent of smoking and healthy living. I have not heard the child now, I really hope the child could grow up like other children, can have a healthy and long life.

I also read a similar story from china. His father taught him to smoke because he thinks it makes the child forget about his hernia.
