Hi there What I have seen on oDesk and the buyers that I've worked with is that they want people who have good English skills such as spelling and grammar. And then they want someone that will do the job without telling the buyer how TO DO the job. Apply for as many jobs as possible and see to it that your application letter is well written and that it relates to what they want in their assignment. I always attach a file with links to work that I have already done. Your profile should also describe everything you can do and off course, do as many tests as possible. I hope you get a job soon.
