also staying out of stores is a good way to save money. find things to do at home such as a hobby or reading. as for home, unplugging items can save money when not in use.

You give a lot of great ideas and I will try to use them. I am still looking for easy recipes that do not require much cooking sonce it gets so hot in the summer. I have been eating a lot of salad, but there must be some other things I can eat. I know that a green salad is healthy, but I need more than just that.

I think many people have grown energy concious. Some because they need the money, some because they want to help the planet. The reason doesn´t matter: the goal is woderful. I try to do my share. I haven´t used a clothes dryer for many years. I han the clothes in hangers, iron them by hand when wet and sun dry them. The delicates dry in the bathroom. I only use the dishwasher or washin machine with full loads. It uses the same amount of soap and water for a lot more dishes or clothes. There are many things we can do. My next year´s proyect is a vegetable garden in raised beds. Let´s hope it works.

Yeah some good ideas to save on things in the house, I too use some of these ideas. I think we all have to these days since everything is so expensive, we should not waste money, especially if we have so little. We need to save where we can, and reduce bills where we can. I save bath water to use on watering the garden as well, every little helps!
