who do you think as the greatest dictator of all time

in late 19th century we have seen many wars and many sufferings because to show off mans power to the world and during this era we have see many dictators who wanted to rule the entire world. so who do you think as the best and cheap dictators of all time, regading to his power, passion, acceptance by its citizens etc. etc.

I think that the gratest dictator was Stalin. He killed aproximately 50 milions people between 1920-1953. Once Stalin say: "if you killed a person it is a crime , if you kill 1000 that is a statistic".

Hi... Stalin wasn't great... Yes, he did rule for a long time over millions but that doesn't make him great... He was simply a fanatic like Hitler... He killed his country men on mere suspicions or out of jealousy... He wasn't great... He was CUNNING...

I think the greatest dictator would be Hitler. Not only that he is so prominent in our world history but also he is not your average person. Very intelligent and highly strategic in what he is doing.
