Hi folks. Today I would like to share something regarding this disease called Bell's Palsy. So one fine morning when I woke up, I couldn't move left face cheeks, my left eye and my left lips. I mean, the whole left side of my face wasn't in my control. So I logged into my PC and started looking for the cause. I found that I had all the symptoms of Bell's Palsy, which was actually on my ;left side. On Wikipedia, I read that there are facial nerves, coming right beneath the ears, coming in front to the face, controlling the face muscles. I had one of those nerves disordered. Since we know the causes could be viral infection, blood pressure, or brain tumor, so I was recommended to do some blood tests, and a CT scan. Thanks God it was not tumor, nor virus. It's just that one day I was stressed, so my blood-pressure raised, and it caused it. Anyway, I am on steroids right now, and within a week, I have recovered like 90 percent. All those people out there who still have it, and haven't recovered it from Bell's Palsy, I am so sorry for you guys, and I wish you all get your lives back to normal, and the good news is, mostly people (80 percent) recover from it within a month, and others might take 6 to 8 months. So don't give up the hope. Bell's Palsy is treatable!
