drink water and be healthy

i am taking 20 glass of water every day ,water reduces weight ,and improve functioning of body ,it reduces sodium content in body hence loss of weight

I think it's too much to drink 20 glasses of water every day and it's enough to have 8 or 9 glasses.what do you think about it?

Wow, that's a lot of water? How much do you weigh? I've read that we should drink half our body weight in ounces of water. Let's say we weigh 200 lbs then we should drink 100 ounces or about 12 1/2 cups. How long have you been drinking your amount of water?

thanks FOR such a wonderful suggestion early in the morning. YOU have tried to tell the chemistry of the body. BUT, .. i would try to quote from the sanskrit holy scriptures.. Yes water is useful in body functioning and maintaining health. Water maintain balance of sodium,potassium and other mineral in human body. In Some countries especially in Japan drinking Water treatment is utilized for treatment of chronic ailments in patients.
