THIN as a STICK

I'm being diagnosed with SED (Selective Eating Disorder) and it's kinda so hard since, I cannot eat foods which I don't like. Like I can stand hunger even there are lots of foods in front of me. The effect is I turned out to be real thin. As in super thin and I hate it. I'm now on the process of restructuring my diet. Yet, I have the tendency of not eating same kind of foods in a day, so I always end partially failure. But I'm getting hard on myself now. I know that SED is just a state of mind. I have to be more determined in getting weight and be on shape again. Finger crossed I know I can. Yes I can!

Yes you can. We need to get together for I am over weight and could easily give you some of it. I eat if i am angry, depressed, sentimental. Eating is my crutch.

If only it is possible to transfer fats then I'll have no problem at all. Not like in your case that you tend to eat when your in a depressed mood my situation is I'm totally picky and I tend to be lazy in eating! Anyways, thanks for sharing.
