In all Indian cooking we use herbs such as coriander, mint , and curry leaves.Many eat 3 to 4 basil leaves as blessings from lord. a health tip. immerse 2 or 3 basil leaves in warm water for 15 minutes and drink that water on empty stomach every morning. it does wonders to your body and immune system.
