Hi. varshathakur. Welcome to myLot.
I think that I may have neighbors that are like this, but I may not really know if they are keeping an eye on me. They won't let me see that they are. I do know that one of my neighbors that lives in front of me, opens up her front door every time she may hear my phone ring. Sometimes I can hear her door opened and no one comes down the stairs to go out. My downstairs neighbor causes problems too. He will hit his ceiling when he feels like too much noise is coming from our apartment. He gets on my nerves!

I too have a neighbour but upstairs and they make so full of noise that sometimes i get up from sleep and sometimes i have to stop studying.

They do have an eye on our day to day activities. What all are we doing and what all new things we have bought newly. without telling they know each and every thing.
Some neighbour are good they help if we are in need of any thing, but some try to harm us by some or the other way.
Hence we need to judge who all are good ones, then only we need to start building the relationship.
