Has ceoptc gone just for me?

Hi myLotters! I noticed yesterday that when I try to view ceoptc, it just doesn't load. It either gives me an error message saying "Gen4 license issue, this license is invalid" or simply a blank page. I know a lot of scam sites are being closed in these days, and I had the impression this one was a scam as well - but I tend to keep on clicking when I'm close to the minimum payot, so that I can just request it and wait, seeing with my eyes if the site is a scam or not. So... I guess it is.
