Evolution is nothing but "change", that I Personally believe.This change can be positive or negative.It may result in increase strength or result in weakness, but Evolution is always forward, but do you think opposite of evolution is possible? The same way do you think that with the help of Genetic engineering and technology we can increase speed of Evolution, Is hyper Speed Evolution is possible?

They say everything must return to its point of origin. It that is believed to be true then even de-evolution too is possible. As far as speeding up evolution is concerned, if egg needs warmth to change into a chicken, then if that warmth is increased, it would change into an omelet but not chicken.

You say "Evolution is nothing but 'change', This change can be positive or negative." I agree with this. In theory of evolution, positive means suiting the environment better, negative means being against the environment. Only the fittest can survive, and the misfits will die out. So evolution is always forward statistically.
As for genetic engineering, of course we can add many positive genes in a species to make it a super creature, but I don't think it's a good idea to violate the natural laws.
