lip gloss

I realli love putting lip gloss but sometimes it doesnt look nice or may be needs more texture on the lip..
How do u apply yours to make it look nice and have the real wet look?
A friend told me to put a lip liner first and apply a pale lip gloss it will look nice
Do u think so?

when I use lip gloss I wear it or apply it first before putting on lipstick.as it moistens my lips and makes it shinier, wet in look compared to using lipstick alone. I want lancome's star gloss.

I put on light pink or bubble gum pink lipstick and I apply a colorless lip gloss , it give more brilliant color on your lips.

I'm using two different lip glosses today and after I put them, they really look nice. First, I apply Victoria Secret Beauty Rush lip gloss then I put Avon Fruity Lip Juice. Before I put put them on my lips, I always make sure that my lips are not wet.

You just have to apply i evenly an wipe your lips with tissue before applying it. And it doesn't matter what stroke in applying lip gloss. What matters most is the lip gloss that your using if it's purpose is for shinier and smoother lips.
