Change ip address on a data card network connection

I think, this is something which you have to ask the customer care department of the data card. .. and, unfortunately, AIRTEL seems to have lost all interest in caring their customers. YOU might not be able to get any reliable answer from them, for the first few times. try and keep trying. lols. and, I am not an expert in computers, and so.. cannot give you the required details on the changing patterns of IP address. I do know what a dynamic address is, and a static one is,.. from a few discussions on the internet protocol address. i WISH you best.
