there is no substitute for hard work i agreee with this. But in this competitive world its not only Hard work but also Smart work that should be done by each and every person to become sucessful. eg. If one wants to enter into a company he has to undergo series of tests and interviews.. on the basis of results in that tests you would get the entry in the company but after that its only your smart work by which you can grow in that company or organization. so according to me it is both - HARD WORK AND SMART WORK that are required for person to become sucessful
