Is it possible to use moneybooker's card to windrow funds from your paypal?

I am waiting for my mastercard from moneybookers to arrive. If anyone of you knows if it's possible to link that card to your paypal account so you can windrow money to it. I do not want to contact paypal because they are little sluggish :)
