I wish I knew a site! There is a site called deviantart.com. You can submit your art and people comment and fav on them. Sometimes you can sell them as prints for free on there. You can also check out there forums. The forums has people looking for a certain job to do or there are some people that need a job done. For example, creating a logo. I've always used deviantart.com. The thing I like about the site is that you can express yourself with your art and participate in tons of contests that has great cash prizes. BUT there is a lot of competition! I may not know any sites that does pay you to draw, but deviantart is a very good site to be on.

Well I know that site is really great but I think you have to be a proffesional and very talented not just an amateur to actually sell something.

You could try accepting comissions. Just put the pricelist and dos and don'ts up in your journal. The thing with this is though... you'll have to have a lot of watchers and you have to be really good. And you have to do heck of promoting. So yeah, amateur won't really hit there... You COULD try to draw to your friends or people you know for money. In Christmas time my friends asked me to draw a lot for gifts...
