Tsunade is known as the world's greatest medical ninja due to her excellent medical techniques. She's also one of the member of the legendary sannin. She's the current hokage of the konoha, the 5th hokage. She can defeat any ninja in just one blow because of her infamous brute strength. She can also summon slugs.

yes because of her souzou saisei seal...this prevents her from being old-looking...this seal is composed of millions of chakras so if she used her seal in battle that will consume her chakra she will turned back into her old stage =) happy mylotting!!

thanks for the information.no wonder she always look like a young beautiful lady.but there isn't a picture of herself in her old age right?that's make me keep wondering about it.

there is a picture of her old stage, it is when pain use his "Shinra Tensei" to konoha that caused its destruction and Tsunade as the hokage pour her all chakra to katsuyu to protect everyone and that makes Tsunade use her souzou saisei seal to comply the necessary chakra for all the people to be healed.
