Is there a way to transfer Alertpay funds to Smartmoney?

I read that you can use smartmoney to verify paypal account, but that's all. You'll have to transfer it to an Union Eon debit card, which I don't have and I'm not planning to get one yet. In line with this, I was wondering if there could be a way to transfer funds from my Alertpay to my smartmoney? Thanks in advance. :)
