Have you kept in touch?

I have a best friend since elementary. What bonded us together was that we lived on the same neighborhood and we go home together. When we graduated we went to different schools but what we did was send letters and have them couriered over through our siblings who are still on the same school. Right now, we are working but we still keep in touch through phone, facebook and meet ups. Can you share how you keep in touch with your friends?
