When was the last time you faced your fear?, it can be a small or big fears. Recently one of my biggest fears was to talked to my father about a very sensitive issue about our family.. and I was afraid because of what he will tell me. I'm afraid of what he will say. I might not be able to take it.. but just this weekend, I had the guts to ask him.. and My heart was pounding.. and im very nervous. But after that he gave me a very comforting reply and I was so happy.. Because Now at least I know that one of my fears was totally remove from my my heart and mind permanently. How about you? what was the most recent fear you faced?

It is good to have fears. That makes you a human. Well my greatest fear is fear from heights, I so afraid of falling and I had to claim a very unstable wooden step-ladder. When I claimed it I had to open a door there but the ground was only a plate without parapet. When I started too look for the key I saw that I forgot the key in the house. So I was all alone on the little plate 1x1 meters, high above the ground and I couldn't open the door to enter the ceiling. I got panic attack and my heart started to beat really fast. I was about to jump from the plate. But I staid calm and started to claim down the ladder and it was one difficult descent. My whole body was shaking. When I was on the ground my legs were like melted cheese :) Even though I faced my fear then, I can't do that again :) and if I do it I will feel the same way.

It's just last Saturday that i faced my fear. It was about my father diagnosed to have a diabetes. When I arrived home my father was complaining that he felt dizzy and numbness on left part of his body. I was scared while listening, i did not have second thoughts but to let him be checked by a doctor. Then the test arrived, he have a type 2 diabetes. That is what I fear the most, a loved one having an illness.I want my every member of my family to be free from any kind of illness, but then my father have it now. It is because of his vices before and even now like smoking and drinking. He do not like to listen to us, then that is what happen. We can still be able to save him by a maintenance, but money is the problem. I hope God will tell me where can I get money.

Our company right now is having a problem everything changes suddenly. I couldn't think of any ways to make the operation run smoothly. Nonetheless, I still believe that all of these will have their end...

I feel like the more we are afraid of something more the reason we shouldn't, fear make us see the small problem like a hudge one and everytime we face it just goes away. It's been years that I try to face my fears at the time they appear, that's when they are weak. So I am terrified with insects and a dear spider decided to have her children right near my computer here, I put something to kill them and didn't come the next day, waiting for the poison's effect. But the next day I didn't come again because of FEAR, at night I regret that because I know how fear grows in the matter of hours, so when I came back to the living, two days later I was freezed. There were little spider babies that I don't know how could hide and survive so I spent two hours afraid like a child, and only had me to blame as I ran from one day from the fear I was supposed to face. I thought I was brave enough, but the problem in life is that we face and beat fears, but NEW ones always appear.

A separation I fear of losing that someone for a longer time you have been with and the person you wake up in the morning and go to bed in the evening but I fear for it because I'm gonna leave him forever for the reasons that we do not agree and we fight all the time even simple things. I faced my fears and told him I cannot stay I had enough it hurts but my heart is totally free from him.It is so relieving that you have the courage to let that person know how you feel.

Last week I had to clean my house because some relatives were visiting and I cam face to face with some spiders and their homes. I am very VERY afraid of spiders but I had to get the house cleaned. So I put on some rubber gloves, took a hanger and hand a towel and cleaned up the spiders. It still gives me the creeps thinking about it.

i don't really thing about things that i fear. there's not too many things that frighten me. not that i'm abnormal, like i'm born without fear or anything, i just don't think about it too much. i try to believe in what eleanore roosevelt said, do something that scares you everyday. you might ask why. my answer is another quote, from a movie, this time, 'because the things you're afraid of are usually the most worthwhile'.

That's good of you to be brave and ask a question. Recently, I faced my fear of bugs and monster clowns. When it's dark at night and I need to cross the hallway, I would run so the monster clown wouldn't get me. I would check behind the shower curtains for him when I went to the bathroom. I would run away from cockroaches and ask someone else to kill it. In the past few months, I've been reminding myself that god is with me all the time, and that helped comfort me. Now, I walk in the hallway at night, use the bathroom and trusting that the monster is not behind the shower, and accepting the presence of cockroaches(or just killing them).
