Hi Indah!. I like friend rice too especially seafood friend rice but I don't like fried rice that using soy sauce. instead of soy sauce I will use oyster sauce and its will be more delicious too. Did you know I only eat fried rice that made at home because I can not handle the MSG and they usually to oily for me so better to made something that more suitable to my appetite. thank you indah for response and have a wonderful time .

Yeah I think like most Indonesian we never complaining about the variation food we could eat because they are so many. Especially in Bandung I can find every thing and there always new delicious food. What is kambuse and kasoami its the first time I hear about it. Its sound like Japanese food but I bet its was Sulawesi food.

My favorite is Lawar. This is Balinese food. It's mainly made from pork and coconut. Now days, in many restaurant, lawar has been modified. It made from vegetables such us long bean combined with duck meat or chicken as you can see in the picture below. The taste of lawar usually spicy since the seasoning was made from any kind of spices. It's seldom people out of Bali like this food. If you are the fisrt time enjoy this food, I am sure you will get diarrhea

If it's made of duck and made by moslem, then it would be halal. If it's made by non moslem even it made of duck, I am not sure if it's halal. Halal or not is considered by many aspects. Even if the meat is not fork but the way they cut the duck and the way they cook it will result in different view of most moslem. Some said halal and others said no. It's up to you whether want to consume it or not. Since I am not moslem, no problem with lawar.

I am from East Java, although now I live in Jakarta. So, my favorite food is Pecel Madiun. It is made up of various vegetables like salad but it uses peanut sauce, not mayonnaise. It's delicious. I never forget to eat it whenever I visit my hometown, Madiun. I guess you are all familiar with this food.

Hi Echo from Madiun!. Thanks for your kind response. Yes I familiar with that food, its really tasty and guilty free food because its made from vegetable so its won't made your tummy bigger . I never try that originally made from Madiun because there are few people sold it here but eating it in Madiun will given a difference ambiance.

Hi de_toya!. Thanks for your kind response. I think I will not get diarrhea when I try lawar because at home I usually eat spicy food. I can handle Lombok chicken Taliwang I think I candle handle lawar. I hope I can try that as soon as possible, its really hard to find original traditional food and I don't like mild taste food.
