What is the cheapest video camera?

I want to make a movie but i dont know what is the best cheap camera out there. Are HD flip cams good or should i buy the bigger ones?

If you want to make a professional movie you will have to invest in a good camera. But if you think about amateur kind of movie a HD cam will do the trick, even though a camera won't be enough, you have to buy good lighting and set it for best image.

I think the lighting can be covered by some good editing software though it would be very convenient to have a very good lighting

i have seen one below $50 but cant say anything about the quality.
