Experienced Readers! (To those who've read it) Thoughts on Catch-22, please?

Hello myLotters! I just started reading Catch-22. I'm on a slow start and I think I need help. To those who have read Catch-22, please share your thoughts about it. Are there draggy points in the plot? Can it get confusing? If so, how? Also, please share why you read it, how you first heard of Catch-22, and how it might have changed you after reading it. As I've just mentioned, I've just started and straight away, I think Yossarian is crazy in a loveable way. No spoilers please! ;)
