Have you got kids, & if so, have you ever had really bad dreams with them in it

I've got kids, 2 little girls. On many occasions Ive had REALLY bad dreams where one of them is about to get hurt, or even killed, and I'm stuck to do anything about it. I hate these dreams. They make me feel awful, and I usually wake up abruptly, crying and really badly shaken up. The thing that gets me is that , no joke, our home life is good, we are always happy and playing together, the girls are well behaved. I've been told that there is nothing wrong with these dreams, that it just means that I'm a concerned mum, and I worry about my kids, which is normal. I agree with this, I just wish these dreams weren't so fierce. Has anyone out there had dreams similar?
