Should i upgrade in clixsense?

I joined clixsense.com more than 3 years back but stopped clicking as there were very few ads for international members. But now many mylotters are saying that after upgrading their membership they started getting 500 ads per day. I find it hard to believe that we can get some many ads. I want to know is it true that we can get so many ads everyday by upgrading and do international members also get so many ads by upgrading? Pls let me know.
