Do you think mango has some drug effect!! Because I noticed that when I eat more mangoes I feel sleepy and sleep more than average during mango season. I heard that mango helps you sleep because it contains a considerable amount of tryptophan. Tryptophan is necessary for the body serotonin(to help you sleep). Research shows that changing your diet helps chronic insomnia. If you combine foods high in tryptophan with high amount of crabs, it can improve sleep. Likewise, combining mango with sticky rich will help make you sleepy. Milk is also high in tryptophan. what do you think??

Hi Soulsshine Thankyou for the information because I didn't know about eating mangoes will help to make you sleepy. I heard that drinking milk helps you to sleep well and most of the people drink milk in the night before they sleep.
